Alan Kippax sentenced to 3 years; not for perpetrating an abhorrent pyramid scheme for which he could spend much more than 3 years behind bars, but rather for "Dangerous Driving Causing Death" and unbelievable mayhem to two innocent victims, that all his corrupt friends in the RCMP, government etc, could not cover-up, and even his high profile lawyer, James Lockyer, Kippax's last desperate attempt to escape justice, (paid for by his myriad victims' assets) could not manipulate the court to "toss." Judge Quigley's decision in the failed TTI and BIM $10,000,000 lawsuit was found by Judge Baltman and became an issue in her sentencing of Kippax for Dangerous Driving Causing Death.
Argued for hours by Lockyer prior to sentencing, it is a fact that no media I am aware of even commented on, substantiating our assertions of the corrupt people in law enforcement, government and corporations this international racketeer has securely in his "back pocket" covering up his years of international racketeering!!! Half of those in court were his racketeering minions the media refuses to even comment on... Sound like neo-mafia.... you got it!!!
